23/1 update

we won against a semi-robot and a WO. hoozah.
we also changed coach, to a neutral/solid/inad one. from switzerland. very nice.
in retrospect, i might have been a bit triger happy with the coach change, as the former coach was still in at-least-reasonable form as far as leadership is concerned, but a) it was pre-planned, and b) for some strange reason his management of TS, as it were, seemed to be lacking. the strange reason for this misperception are not yet known... :-P~
this week we have a robot for a cup opponent, and then our first human rival for this season: roni's angels, the newcomers to our league.
after that we'll see where the series is heading.
another reinforcement that was recently brought in: Hansueli Caviezel, our new, young. talented defender, who can also pass the ball, and is from... switzerland. really.

season 23

we got the perfect first games for the season: 1st cup game against a semi-robot, league WO, and another robot at the cup. then we'll meet our first human rival for this season, newcomer to the league - roni's angels. we'll get to that match with good form and TS, hopefully.
we'll see by then where the wind's blowing in our league.

almost forgot... expectations for the season:
1) PROMOTE.
2) irrelevant.

season summary

the last round of the season was full of surprises. PHINK managed to get to the qualifiers. porters, the semi-robot, finished 7th. we lost points against AC, which caused us to finish in 2nd place. asaf haifa will get to the qualifier match instead. which means we'll probably have a walk-over in the series next season.
the promoted teams seem to be rather new teams (one user has only one match!). none of them achieve an average HT-rating of even 60.
management hopes NOT to make serious mistakes in the beginning of next season, which will probabaly enable us to realize our advantage over the other teams in the series, and finally reach the big leagues.
